Anti-Imperialists of the World, Unite!
LET’S SUPPORT THE AXIS OF RESISTANCE!

On October 7, 2023, US imperialism and its guard-dog Israel were dealt a historic defeat at the hands of the Palestinian National Resistance. The heroic Al-Aqsa Flood Battle that began that day unleashed a new wave of anti-imperialist resistance throughout the world. The current era is marked by the general crisis of imperialist decay reaching unprecedented levels. As the economic situation deteriorates globally, all the institutions of the imperialists are also flailing, from the United Nations and its International Criminal Court, to NATO, to “liberal democracies” in general. While the old Imperialist system continues to fall apart on the one hand, on the other hand, the oppressed and working masses of the world are not watching idly, they are responding to the deepening of the crisis of Imperialism with increasing revolutionary violence. This is especially true in Asia, Latin America, and Africa, where the main forces of the anti-imperialist movement are not just surviving, but striking blows against the Imperialist system through their heroic wars of National Liberation and New Democratic Revolutions, that inspire the masses of the whole world. The Iranian national resistance to the US imperialist and Zionist aggression has showed the world yet again that the forces of resistance against imperialism are capable of delivering humiliating blows to imperialism time and time again.
While the third world is the storm center of the anti-imperialist movement, it will not do for anti-imperialist activists in the imperialist countries, like the US, to sit and watch world revolution from the sidelines. Especially in the US, which is the number one oppressor of the people of the world, anti-imperialist activists have a historic responsibility in the global fight against Imperialism. One aspect of this responsibility is to strike blows against the Imperialists from inside the US. Another aspect of this responsibility is to offer support to comrades fighting for National Liberation and New Democracy in the third world. The masses in the US are already showing their readiness to strike blows against Imperialism and support the struggle of oppressed people in the third world, but the organized anti-imperialist movement lags behind the reality of this situation. Each day that we, the anti-Imperialist activists in the US, allow for these conditions to persist, we give strength to US Imperialism, which oppresses the majority of the people of the world. It is past time for us to truly struggle against the opportunism that holds us back, and take up our posts in our historic task. Support for the Axis of Resistance is one area in which we must pick up this task. Let us begin this support by assessing the International situation.
In this era of unprecedented decay, the imperialists can no longer rule as they have before. In particular, US imperialism must resort to acts of increasing aggression, desperately clinging to its status as the sole hegemonic imperialist superpower. Over the past three years, the world has watched US imperialism and its agent, Israel, attempt everything it can to oppose the struggling people of West Asia and the Middle East, but all of the efforts have miserably failed at their objective: the maintenance of US hegemony, and the legitimization of its agent, Israel.
Instead of capitulating under this pressure, the national resistance in Palestine, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, Ansar Allah in Yemen, Hezbollah in Lebanon, and others under the banner of the Axis of Resistance are showing time and time again that they can fight and win against imperialist aggression. In its ceaseless confrontation of US domination since October 7th, the Axis of Resistance is making the decline of US Imperialism a reality on the ground, proving itself capable of maintaining unity and steadfastness even in the face of genocide. The Resistance is capable of this unity and steadfastness not because it has the strongest weapons in the world or the most advanced technological systems, but because it has incorporated broad sections of masses and consistently dares to boldly oppose imperialist aggression in action. The progressive classes of Iraq, Lebanon, Iran, and Palestine, and Yemen are politicized, organized, and mobilized in ever greater numbers into this Front. In consistently choosing the path of the struggle of the people, and consistently rejecting the path of settlement, capitulation, and normalization, the Resistance has sealed the fate of the imperialists as it mobilizes the people in ever greater armed actions, foreclosing the possibility of any future for the State of Israel and the US in the region.
With the martyrdom of the Iranian Head of State, Ayatollah Khamenei on February 28, the main center of conflict in the Middle East moved from Palestine to Iran. The Axis of Resistance again faced the decision of whether to capitulate to the imperialists, or to mobilize against them. Instead of giving up, Iran joined the side of the World Revolution, inflicting heavy blows to the aggressors and demonstrating great military capacity for a protracted defensive war. By taking such actions as closing the Strait of Hormuz to its enemies and mining it, Iran demonstrated to the world the strength of people’s weapons in opposition to imperialism. The people of Iran have also been organized for self defense, inspiring the oppressed masses of the whole world on April 7th by mobilizing more than 10% of its population into human chains around critical infrastructure.
The bravery of the Iranian people in this moment seems to have personally shocked Donald Trump into accepting the reality that he was unable maintain the upper hand militarily and diplomatically. Thus, Trump declared that a “ceasefire” was in effect through unilateral decree. Since the declaration of this ceasefire, US imperialists and their Zionist Entity have further discredited themselves to the people of the world through the shameful abandonment of the Lebanese people to die under Israeli airstrikes, unsuccessful attempts to regain control over the Strait of Hormuz, and near daily claims of American victory on the nightly news to correct the ailing stock market and swelling oil prices.
Within hours of the declaration of a ceasefire, Israel began one of the most aggressive bombing campaigns in its history against the Lebanese people, killing at least three hundred and fifty seven people, imprisoning dozens, and injuring over one thousand people in ten minutes. Rather than bending to the path of capitulation, Iran and the Axis of Resistance factions increased their struggle against the imperialists, successfully keeping control over the Strait of Hormuz and preventing Israeli Occupation Forces from holding any territory in Southern Lebanon, among other impressive operations. In the words of Sheikh Naim Qassem, Secretary-General of Hezbollah, “The fighters have proven that their three-dimensional weapon—faith, will, and capability—is stronger than all the armies of the aggressors, and that in Lebanon there are those who sacrifice the precious and the cheap for the sake of liberation, pride, and independence.” Qassem’s words and Hezbollah’s powerful actions reaffirm the truth established by Chairman Mao – that people, and not weapons are primary in war.
Because the broad masses of the Middle East and West Asia are opposing US and Zionist aggression so bravely and consistently under the banner of the Axis of Resistance, this struggle stands shoulder to shoulder with our comrades fighting People’s Wars in Turkey, the Philippines, Peru, and India under the leadership of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Communist Parties. The People’s Wars are shining examples of the path of liberation to be followed by the international working class and oppressed peoples. The Communist Parties forged by the international working class uphold the struggles of oppressed people to the highest degree through carrying out armed revolution to construct a new society, controlled by the working class. Communist parties today take up this critical task with the understanding that People’s Wars must be developed as a natural continuation of the anti-imperialists wars in the Middle East. The resistance forces in Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Palestine, and the State forces of Iran have decisively taken up the anti-imperialist struggle through every test imposed upon it by the imperialists since October 7th. Like our comrades fighting People’s Wars, the forces of the Axis of Resistance shines a light for the vast majority of the peoples of the world that illuminates the end of the decrepit imperialist system as an inevitability. Support for this struggle, as the contradiction between the imperialist countries and the oppressed countries become increasingly sharp, is a duty of the highest order for all anti-imperialist activists.
LONG LIVE THE RESISTANCE OF THE IRANIAN PEOPLE!
VICTORY TO IRAN, VICTORY TO THE AXIS OF RESISTANCE!
US IMPERIALISM OUT OF THE MIDDLE EAST!
LONG LIVE THE ANTI-IMPERIALIST STRUGGLE!
